Anika covers generalist HR positions from mid to senior levels, such as senior HR business partner, HR director and specialist HR roles in talent acquisition, payroll, compensation and learning and development. Her clients include national and international companies within the information technology, software, medical/biotechnology industries and related services. Before joining Frazer Jones, she studied business administration at FH Münster University of Applied Sciences, focusing on strategic marketing, law and leadership/change. Her first experience in recruitment was as an active sourcing specialist. Anika has also managed projects in the high-tech industry and recruited cross-functional candidates at different levels.
