Fay leads our UK executive search practice alongside the leadership team. She is responsible for ensuring our executive search methodology suits our client’s needs and delivering high quality executive searches across all sectors for the UK, Ireland and Europe. She is key in engaging our executive HR network and regularly runs thought leadership events.

Fay also leads the Frazer Jones UK Trustee Network and supports Trusts in hiring HR Trustees which we do on a pro-bono basis. She is CIPD qualified with a master’s in HR and a first-class psychology degree. She is also an International Coaching Federation qualified coach and extended DiSC assessor, all of which equips her to provide valuable advice to our HR network.

Prior to recruitment, Fay worked in HR for renowned banking firms for several years. Her recruitment expertise spans the UK, Singapore and South-East Asia. She has delivered searches across FTSE 100 firms, small and medium-sized enterprises, boutiques through to start-ups.
