Katharina leads the Frazer Jones team in Germany, supporting the growth of our German offering. She delivers executive and senior leadership level search projects within the industrial sector and for consultancy business. Before her recruitment career, Katharina spent several years working in org research and consulting. Whilst there, she worked on qualitative and quantitative org research, supported HR teams on business change, designing measures, developing managers and enabling facilitators. She is a graduate of the University of Maastricht, the Netherlands with a diploma in psychology.
