Michael leads our Continental European business as a partner. He joined us in London in 2008, where he developed our UK reward practice and created our HR search team, delivering international searches across Europe. Since 2013 he has led our European growth strategy, setting up offices in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Milan and Amsterdam. A specialist in CHRO leadership roles and executive HR assignments, he has significant experience in identifying and placing leaders across Europe. Before search and recruitment, Michael worked in HR, where he was head of HR and people development before moving to an HR consultancy.
