Michael joined The SR Group in 2008. Frazer Jones is part of The SR Group which is a global search and recruitment company comprising specialist search and recruitment consultancies Brewer Morris, Carter Murray, Frazer Jones and Taylor Root. Michael has built the group’s operations in continental Europe by first growing teams in London and later opening offices in Amsterdam, Duesseldorf, Frankfurt and Milan. In 2023 Michael became group Chief Client Officer with responsibility for key client relationships leading the global recruitment solutions team. He and his team develop and implement tailored global recruitment and talent solutions for key clients and strategically lead all business development as well as client relationship management activities.
