Steph joined Frazer Jones UK in 2019. She is responsible for recruiting in the Thames Valley and Northern Home Counties, across all disciplines in the senior and executive HR space.
Steph is a CMI Chartered Manager and has over 20 years‘ experience recruiting on a permanent, interim and fractional basis for both contingent and retained searches. She has not only a strong knowledge regionally, but also across the West End and City of London where she worked for many years. This gives her a wide network and extensive understanding of the UK HR markets.
Steph has a strong and successful track record of working closely with organisations across all sectors, covering roles from generalist and specialist HR business partner level thorough to Chief People Officer and Chief HR Officer. She regularly leads webinars, roundtables and discusses market insights with her network.
