Campus Recruiting Manager

Our client is a leading, global law firm, to hire a Campus Recruiting Manager to be based in their downtown LA office on a hybrid basis (4 days). This role will have 1 direct report and will drive end-to-end campus efforts from developing strategy to executing interviews and events, managing candidate experience, developing campus relationships and cultivating productive relationships with Partners and hiring managers.

The role will function as part of a national Campus recruiting team, within a renowned international legal brand. The firm is seeking meaningful, relevant experience within similar legal or financial/professional services environments and people management experience.
