HRIS Lead
I am delighted to recruit a very exciting brand to recruit an HRIS Lead in a standalone capacity. This role will work within the broader and established HR team, maintaining, optimising, and evolving HR technology platforms, ensuring seamless integration and user experience across the business. You will be the primary expert in HR systems, leading enhancements, vendor relationships, and training initiatives that empower employees and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for technical queries across multiple HR technology platforms.
- Manage system enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects.
- HR data reporting, analytics, and insights using data visualisation tools such as PowerBI.
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring contract compliance and optimal service delivery.
- Develop and implement access controls, maintaining data security across HR platforms.
- Lead onboarding and training programs, equipping HR and People teams with system proficiency.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures and user documentation.
- Conduct user acceptance testing for system updates, ensuring smooth rollouts.
- Partner with internal teams on payroll system integrations, driving efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage global HR initiatives, including engagement surveys, performance reviews, and analytics reporting.
- Lead change management efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and key stakeholders.
The role offers a competitive package of up to £48,000 p.a. on a permanent basis + benefits. You will benefit from an agile and hybrid working model and be given autonomy.
