What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate: Work closely with the Reward Manager to assess and enhance the reward framework, supporting the development of effective and competitive reward strategies.
- Data Analysis: Analyse compensation, benefits, and other reward elements to evaluate effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
- Support Annual Processes: Assist with key processes, including Salary Reviews, Benchmarking, Job Evaluations, and Benefits management.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports that communicate data insights clearly across formats.
- Communicate Trends: Keep HR colleagues informed about current market trends and best practices in the reward space, ensuring our approaches remain forward-thinking and relevant.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: A few years of experience in a reward-focused role, ideally within a fast-paced industry.
- Ownership & Accountability: A strong sense of ownership over your work and the positive impact of reward frameworks.
- Collaboration Skills: Effective organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines; strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Problem Solver: A proactive, hands-on team player with a solutions-focused approach.
- Data Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, experience in data analysis tools, and the ability to translate complex data into insightful reports.
- Reward Tools Expertise: Strong knowledge of job grading and salary benchmarking tools, such as Willis Towers Watson.
