Your Role:
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to uncover and implement creative solutions for process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Design a strategic roadmap for the evolution of our HR tech stack-including platforms like Workday, Culture Amp, and Greenhouse-as the organization scales and becomes more sophisticated.
- Work alongside the Business Intelligence team to shape a long-term people analytics vision, transitioning from basic reporting to predictive insights that drive decision-making.
- Lead the HRIS function during the firm’s annual compensation cycle, ensuring smooth execution and data integrity.
- Oversee the management of HR systems and vendor relationships, while identifying and integrating new tools that align with business growth.
- Champion the adoption and effective use of HR technologies across the organization.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and broader business goals.
What You Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HRIS roles.
- Deep expertise in Workday, particularly in areas like security configuration, reporting, calculated fields, and system integrations.
- A strong background in HRIS implementations, project leadership, and managing organizational change.
- A consultative approach to problem-solving, paired with a willingness to dive into the details when necessary.
- Experience navigating the challenges of a dynamic, fast-growing company.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
