Die \u00fcbernommenen Unternehmen unterschieden sich erheblich in Struktur und Gr\u00f6\u00dfe, so dass ein Person f\u00fcr die Senior HR Business Partner Rolle ben\u00f6tigt wurde, um die kulturelle und organisatorische Transformation zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-eyebrow-no-border\" id=\"h-die-losung\">Die L\u00f6sung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nachdem wir mehrere Kandidat*innen vorgestellt hatten, wurde uns klar, dass Live Nation Mitarbeitende aus modernen, schnelllebigen Umgebungen bevorzugte. Wir konzentrierten uns daher auf Start-ups und Unicorns in Berlin und fanden schlie\u00dflich die ideale Kandidatin, die HR bei einem der f\u00fchrenden deutschen Start-ups im Dienstleistungsbereich leitete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-eyebrow-no-border\" id=\"h-das-ergebnis\">Das Ergebnis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Live Nation hat unsere Kandidatin f\u00fcr die Senior HR Business Partner Position in Berlin eingestellt. Sie war zuvor f\u00fcr eines der gr\u00f6\u00dften europ\u00e4ischen Start-ups im Bereich Delivery t\u00e4tig und zeigte sich sehr begeistert von der neuen beruflichen Herausforderung.
