In this phase of SMCR roll-out, the regulator has accelerated its drive towards „good culture“. What will this look like for regulated firms?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this session we will share insights and ideas on defining and measuring good culture, as well as the implications for Senior Managers and Certified Persons in leading this good culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will be an interactive session where we’ll be asking our small group to contribute their thoughts and experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ben Wood<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0– Partner, Frazer Jones<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ben leads Frazer Jones‘ UK financial services recruitment business. He focusses on senior HR appointments in private equity firms, hedge funds and asset managers. Since begining his career in HR recruitment in 2005, he has build a strong network of professionals in this space. He hosts regular HR director roundtables to discuss trends and broker conversations with the peer group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dominique Seal<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0– Associate Director, Frazer Jones<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dominique is specialist interim recruitment consultant. She works with clients to deliver business critical people transformations within the UK. Dominique has operated in this space since 2012, typically working across financial services and professional services, and has a proven track record of delivery on assignments across the UK. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrew Pullman<\/a><\/strong> – CEO and founder, People Risk Solutions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrew is CEO\/founder of People Risk Solutions Ltd, and CEO of PeopleClear Ltd<\/a>, a FinTech offering regulatory technology solutions to financial services firms. He recently co-authored his first book, \u201cBuilding an Outstanding Workforce\u201d. Andrew provides strategic and tactical HR advice to a variety of clients across several industry sectors. He is particularly focussed on the Senior Manager and Certification Regime (SMCR) regulations for financial services sectors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and chairs the Senior HR City Breakfast Forum. He is a visiting lecturer at Cass Business School, City University the University of Roehampton. Andrew is also a Freemen of the Guild of HR Professionals and a Freeman and Court Assistant of the Company of Entrepreneurs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michele Mackinnon<\/strong><\/a> – Head of Practice, People Risk Solutions                                                             <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michele is an HR and Organisation Development specialist with over 25 years of experience working within Financial Services to deliver practical solutions to complex people issues.  She is Head of the SMCR Practice at People Risk Solutions. Michele works closely with Compliance, Risk and Legal colleagues in response to changes in regulatory regimes and is a specialist with the SMCR regime.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
