This role will lead the design and execution of high-impact talent development programs across the organization.<\/p>\n<p>This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence culture, build scalable programs, and drive performance.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>As the Assistant Vice President (or Senior Associate) of Talent Management, you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designing, executing, and evaluating firm-wide learning and development initiatives, including executive coaching, leadership development, and career pathing<\/li>\n<li>Providing individual coaching, team-specific training, and career planning support<\/li>\n<li>Using data and employee feedback to assess training needs and evolve development programs<\/li>\n<li>Leading the evaluation and refinement of competency models aligned to role-specific development<\/li>\n<li>Developing and implementing talent advisory strategies such as 360 reviews and high-potential coaching<\/li>\n<li>Partnering with senior leaders to enhance leadership and manager effectiveness through targeted development programs<\/li>\n<li>Managing relationships with external talent development partners to ensure high-quality delivery<\/li>\n<li>Creating and presenting ROI reporting and analytics on talent initiatives to senior leadership<\/li>\n<li>Supporting ad-hoc human capital projects and broader HR initiatives as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To be successful in this role our client is looking for a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Talent development professional with 3 to 8 years of progressive HR or learning and development experience<\/li>\n<li>Background in financial services or experience working with highly analytical populations<\/li>\n<li>Strong foundation in training, performance management, and leadership development<\/li>\n<li>Confident communicator with excellent presentation and writing skills, including experience engaging senior stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Skilled project manager with the ability to independently lead initiatives from concept to execution<\/li>\n<li>Data-driven thinker with strong analytical skills and comfort using metrics to inform strategy<\/li>\n<li>Team-oriented, self-motivated individual with a hands-on approach and high attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required; Master&#8217;s degree in HR or Organizational Behavior preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As a specialist HR &amp; Reward search and recruitment firm, we are excited to partner on this opportunity to shape a newly created role within a forward-thinking and people-focused organization.
