A leading professional services organisation is seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to join its growing HR function based in Manchester.<\/p>\n

This is an excellent opportunity for a data-focused HR professional to play a key role in delivering high-quality people insights that inform strategic decision-making across the business. Working as part of a collaborative HR team, the role will focus on HR reporting, analytics, data governance, and continuous improvement of people data capability.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Deliver accurate and insightful HR data reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • Analyse workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.<\/li>\n
  • Act as a trusted expert in HR data, supporting stakeholders with interpretation and insight.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure strong data quality, governance, and GDPR compliance across HR systems.<\/li>\n
  • Support the development and enhancement of HR analytics frameworks and reporting tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    About You<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Proven experience in an HR data, people analytics, or HR reporting role.<\/li>\n
    • Experience using Power BI and Workday would be advantageous but not essential.<\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights.<\/li>\n
    • Experience working with HR systems and managing sensitive data.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
