This role is responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle, building talent pipelines, and supporting staffing operations for a dynamic, multi-site environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in fast-paced hiring environments, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for a variety of operational roles<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Source candidates through job boards, community partnerships, and workforce programs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Coordinate pre-employment processes including background checks and verifications<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive timely placements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Staffing Coordination<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Support workforce scheduling and staffing coverage across multiple sites<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Assist with filling open shifts, call-outs, and coverage gaps as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Collaborate with internal teams to align staffing plans with operational needs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Monitor staffing activity and workforce availability<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Help facilitate onboarding and training processes for new hires<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Required Skills &amp; Experience<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Strong sourcing and pipeline development skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Experience with ATS platforms and HR systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management abilities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 11px\">Education &amp;
