A commercially minded relationship builder is exactly what is needed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> This contract (starting in July) would suit an established HR professional with solid experience from another small \/ boutique financially regulated business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> With a client base of 120 employees, you will be working in a standalone capacity requiring an operational and strategic approach to your work. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> <\/span><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Strategic HR Leadership<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> &#8211; Lead HR operations for a growing business of 50+ employees.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Employment Law &amp; Compliance<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> &#8211; Ensure policies, contracts, and practices comply with UK employment law.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Organisational Design &amp; Development<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> &#8211; Analyse and improve structures, processes, roles, and responsibilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Reward Systems<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> &#8211; Develop fair and competitive salary frameworks, external benchmarking, and internal equity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Employee Relations<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> &#8211; Act as the reference point for all employee matters, from grievances to wellbeing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Recruitment &amp; Retention<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> &#8211; Partner with managers on recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Training &amp; Development<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> &#8211; Build pathways for learning, performance management, and succession planning.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Culture &amp; Engagement<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> &#8211; Strengthen collaboration, accountability, and communication across clinical and support teams.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Policy &amp; Process<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> &#8211; Update and drive HR process and policy across the business.
