They are looking to hire an People Operations Coordinator to strengthen their operational HR support. This position will play a key role in ensuring that core HR processes, employee records, and administrative workflows are managed efficiently across all regions, contributing to a smooth and consistent employee experience. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>About the Role<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">This opportunity sits within the HR team and focuses on providing end-to-end administrative support across the employee lifecycle. Reporting into the HR Lead, the successful candidate will help ensure HR systems, processes, and recruitment activities run effectively in a fast-moving, international environment, touching on all aspects of the HR function. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Keep employee data accurate and up to date within the HR system<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Prepare and manage documentation relating to onboarding, role changes, and leavers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Monitor key milestones such as probation periods, performance reviews, and check-ins<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Handle day-to-day HR queries, particularly relating to leave and absence<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Support compliance processes including eligibility to work and policy tracking<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Assist with HR reporting and data analysis tasks<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Organise interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Contribute to early-stage candidate screening for junior or freelance roles<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Coordinate onboarding activities and deliver a positive new starter experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Provide HR support across multiple regions, adapting processes where required<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Assist with onboarding and coordination of contractors and freelancers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Get involved in internal events and general office support where needed <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>About You<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">We&#8217;re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and confident working in a busy, collaborative environment. You&#8217;ll be someone who takes initiative, handles sensitive information professionally, and enjoys supporting both people and processes.
