It&#8217;s a hands-on role where you will be closely involved in both the planning and real-time delivery of the transfer.<\/p>\n<p>The position would suit someone who enjoys working in a <strong>fast-moving environment<\/strong>, is comfortable dealing with complexity, and brings strong <strong>TUPE and employee relations experience<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>What the role will involve<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting the <strong>full TUPE process from planning through to completion<\/strong>, ensuring everything is handled correctly and in line with UK legislation<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with legal teams and internal stakeholders to <strong>manage risk and ensure compliance<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Getting involved in the detail &#8211; including <strong>data gathering, reviewing employee information, and preparing for transfer<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Supporting and delivering <strong>employee consultation processes<\/strong>, both collective and individual<\/li>\n<li>Helping shape and deliver clear, consistent <strong>communications to employees during the transition<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Being visible on-site, working directly with managers and employees to support them through change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alongside the TUPE work, the role will also involve:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advising managers on <strong>employee relations matters<\/strong>, particularly those arising from organisational change<\/li>\n<li>Handling <strong>complex ER cases<\/strong> in a fair, pragmatic, and commercially sound way<\/li>\n<li>Creating and maintaining practical documentation such as communications, scripts, and guidance materials<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with HR colleagues and wider project teams to keep everything aligned and on track<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>What we are looking for<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong, hands-on experience of <strong>TUPE transfers<\/strong> (essential), ideally from both sides<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of <strong>UK employment law<\/strong>, especially in relation to organisational change<\/li>\n<li>Experience working on <strong>large-scale change, transformation or separation projects<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Confidence leading or supporting <strong>consultation processes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>A practical, solutions-focused approach &#8211; someone who can turn legal detail into clear, usable advice<\/li>\n<li>Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Well organised, able to manage multiple priorities and keep momentum in a busy environment<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable travelling regularly to UK sites and being present during key moments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CIPD qualification or equivalent experience would be an advantage.
