This opportunity is ideally suited to a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Support end\u2011to\u2011end payroll processing across UK &amp; France, ensuring accurate data entry, compliance with regional legislation, and timely statutory reporting.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Maintain high\u2011quality payroll records, ensuring data integrity and delivering reports and analytics for HR, Finance, Tax, and leadership teams.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Lead ad hoc payroll projects including but not limited to system implementation, process improvement processes, integration, upgrades etc.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Contribute to process improvements by identifying efficiencies, supporting internal controls, and maintaining clear documentation of standard procedures.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Provide responsive payroll support to employees and collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve queries and issues.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Support strategic and ad hoc projects, including global payroll migrations, system implementations, and wider business initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience And Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Strong understanding of payroll principles, with proven analytical ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues using tools such as Excel and modern payroll systems.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>High attention to detail with a process\u2011driven mindset, ensuring accuracy in calculations and documentation while proactively improving processes and maintaining control and compliance standards.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across HR, Finance, and wider cross\u2011functional teams, always maintaining a service\u2011focused approach.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Well-organised and capable of managing multiple deadlines, priorities, and jurisdictions in a fast\u2011paced environment.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>2+ years&#8216;
