firm&#8217;s Early Careers strategy for its Investment Professionals population, overseeing the attraction, recruitment, onboarding and development of graduate, intern and Associate-level talent across Europe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Working closely with senior stakeholders and reporting into the Investment Professionals HR Business Partner, you&#8217;ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience while building a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline across key locations across Europe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Key responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Lead the end-to-end recruitment of Interns and Associates across multiple European offices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Develop and execute innovative early careers attraction strategies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Build strong relationships with universities, student societies and key talent pools.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Organise recruitment events, workshops and employer branding initiatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Own assessment processes, interview frameworks and selection criteria.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Partner with senior investment professionals on hiring and workforce planning.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Deliver engaging onboarding programmes and support wider early careers development initiatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Use data and insights to evaluate programme effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">About you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Previous experience in an Early Careers Recruitment, Campus Recruitment or Graduate Recruitment role.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Experience managing high-volume or structured early careers programmes within a corporate, professional services, financial services or investment environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Highly organised with excellent project management capabilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">A proactive, relationship-driven approach and genuine passion for talent development.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Experience using Workday would be advantageous.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Interest in leveraging AI and technology to improve recruitment processes is highly
