Working closely with operational leaders, you&#8217;ll make strategic placement decisions that improve employee retention, reduce staffing gaps, and support daily business Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: black;font-size: 12px;font-family: sans-serif\">Talent Acquisition<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume operational positions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Source candidates using a variety of recruiting channels, including job boards, referrals, community partnerships, and networking.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Coordinate background screenings, employment verification, and other pre-employment requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"color: black;font-size: 12px;font-family: sans-serif\">Workforce Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Coordinate staffing assignments to support changing operational demands.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Schedule employees to provide coverage for planned and unplanned staffing needs, including vacations, leaves of absence, call-outs, and vacancies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Maintain workforce schedules and monitor employee availability.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Communicate regularly with operational leaders to understand staffing priorities and workforce needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"color: black;font-size: 12px;font-family: sans-serif\">Strategic Candidate Placement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Evaluate candidates beyond technical qualifications by considering work style, communication skills, reliability, adaptability, and long-term potential.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Match employees to assignments where they are most likely to succeed based on operational needs and team dynamics.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Partner with hiring managers to identify candidates who demonstrate strong potential for permanent employment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Monitor assignment success and support the transition of high-performing temporary employees into permanent opportunities when appropriate.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"color: black;font-size: 12px;font-family: sans-serif\">Workforce Planning<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Develop and maintain a ready pipeline of qualified talent capable of supporting immediate staffing needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Anticipate hiring demands by monitoring workforce trends, staffing levels, and turnover.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, strengthen candidate quality, and reduce time-to-fill.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Contribute ideas and recommendations that enhance workforce planning and overall staffing effectiveness.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"color: black;font-size: 12px;font-family: sans-serif\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Two or more years of experience in recruiting, staffing, workforce coordination, or talent acquisition.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 12px\">Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and
