payments, and expense reimbursements<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and manage employee data within AFAS<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate pension administration and liaise with pension providers<\/li>\n<li>Manage payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with Dutch legislation and collective labour agreements<\/li>\n<li>Prepare payroll reports, analyses, and journal entries for the Finance department<\/li>\n<li>Support internal and external audits by providing payroll-related documentation<\/li>\n<li>Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll-related queries<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and optimise AFAS workflows<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure efficient payroll operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What You Bring<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>MBO+\/HBO level education, preferably in Payroll Administration, HR, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist within the Netherlands<\/li>\n<li>Strong hands-on experience with AFAS Profit (required)<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of Dutch payroll legislation, tax regulations, and pension schemes<\/li>\n<li>Experience within a project-driven, technical, or operational environment is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented
