You&#8217;ll work closely with senior stakeholders to translate and address complex workforce and organisational challenges into commercial recommendations, ensuring workforce planning aligns with the business strategy and financial objectives. There will also be a focus on understanding the impact of AI on future workforce needs and establishing these principles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">This is an opportunity to build and evolve a scalable workforce planning framework, improve planning processes and technology, and help ensure future workforce capability aligns with long-term business strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Key responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Develop and lead strategic workforce planning across a complex organisation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Build forecasting, modelling and workforce analytics capability<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Deliver insight-led recommendations to senior stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Support workforce transformation, resource optimisation and future capability planning<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Improve planning processes, governance, systems and reporting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Lead, coach and develop a high performing team<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">About you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Strong strategic workforce planning experience within a large and complex organisation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Proven expertise in workforce analytics, forecasting and scenario modelling<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Ability to translate data into compelling business insight and recommendations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading through change<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Experience improving planning capability, processes and technology<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Strong people leadership skills<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded strategic workforce planning professional who enjoys operating across strategy, analytics and organisational transformation. The ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders will be key alongside your experience of workforce transformation and evolution of workforce management.
