While initially offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract, there is a clear vision from the business for this role to become permanent as the organisation continues to evolve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">This is not a traditional HR position. My client is seeking a commercially minded strategic HR leader who can operate at the intersection of people strategy, organisational effectiveness and business performance. You will be a trusted advisor to the EMEA leadership team, helping shape business outcomes through world-class people practices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">As a key member of the leadership-facing HR team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures, influencing decisions that drive growth, transformation and organisational performance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Given the international nature of the role, candidates must be able to demonstrate significant experience operating as a Strategic HR Business Partner across multiple EMEA markets, ideally within a global, complex and highly matrixed environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">You&#8217;ll be equally comfortable operating at board-level discussions as you are leading the execution of critical people initiatives, ensuring business strategy is successfully translated into organisational outcomes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Partner with senior EMEA leaders to align people strategy with commercial objectives and business priorities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Act as a trusted advisor, coach and challenger to executive stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Lead organisational design, workforce planning and capability-building initiatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Drive large-scale transformation and change programmes across the EMEA marketplace organisation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Utilise people data, analytics and insights to support evidence-based decision making.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Influence succession planning, leadership development and talent strategies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Collaborate closely with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver scalable and effective solutions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Support the organisation through ongoing growth, change and structural You<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">To be successful in this role, you&#8217;ll bring:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Extensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner within a global organisation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Proven international HRBP experience with responsibility across multiple EMEA countries and markets.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">A strong track record of operating within complex, global matrix environments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Outstanding stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and challenge senior executives constructively.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Deep expertise in organisational design, organisational effectiveness and business transformation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect people strategy directly to business performance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Analytical capability with experience using data and
