With two HRBP&#8217;s as direct reports you will be building a new HR offering and professionalising HR across the London side of the transport business.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The business is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic senior HR generalist operating at Head of HR or HR Director level to partner with the Transport Operations Leadership Team, serving as a trusted advisor on all HR related activity. The role will involve managing employee relations inclusive of partnering with external trade union organisations. Building on a talent management and development strategy, strategic workforce planning, wellbeing and reviewing and implementing innovative learning and development enhancements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Both a strategic and operational role you will be oversee all HR activity across this side of the business alongside your HRBP&#8217;s and with the direction and overarching people strategy from the CPO. This role is a real opportunity to build a HR offering that works within this area of the business and will need someone operationally strong with an excellent employee relations experience. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt\">About you..<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">To be successful in this role you will be an experienced senior HR professional excited by an opportunity to really get stuck into a new role that will allow you to develop and enhance a HR offering. You must have experience working across a unionised environment as a HR generalist supporting dispersed workforces, ideally in a similar industry across transport or those with similar workforces such as construction, facilities, government etc. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Key experience required: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Previous experience working in a senior level HR role and working with Senior leadership teams as a HR specialist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Working within a unionized environment, with excellent employment law experience across tribunals, TUPE and complex ER casework. The ability to build a structure approach to working with the Unions and supporting Managers with this.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience using and analysing data to inform strategic decision making. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Team management and ability to develop and support team members and work collaboratively with others.
