You&#8217;ll be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll delivery, maintaining employee data and compliance, and supporting the full employee lifecycle.<\/p>\n<p>The role combines hands-on operational responsibilities with process improvement projects, making it ideal for someone who enjoys driving efficiencies and enhancing the employee experience within a growing organisation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across multiple business entities<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Administer pensions, benefits, salary sacrifice schemes, and statutory payroll requirements<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Act as the key point of contact for payroll providers and internal stakeholders<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Oversee employee lifecycle administration, including contracts, onboarding, right-to-work checks, probation monitoring, employee changes, and offboarding<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Own and enhance HR systems, reporting capabilities, and people data accuracy<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Support business growth and integration projects, including process harmonisation and system improvements<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Line manage and support a People Operations Administrator while acting as an escalation point for complex queries<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and employee experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience &amp;
