Frazer Jones is delighted to be exclusively retained for a confidential search to appoint a Group Head of Learning & Development<\/strong> for a well-established, Singapore-headquartered organisation with extensive multi-sector operations and a strong presence and brand globally. This is a newly created leadership role, reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, and will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s learning and development strategy across a highly diverse and distributed workforce of almost 15,500 worldwide.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

As a key member of the senior HR leadership team, the Group Head of L&D will be responsible for architecting and delivering a comprehensive, future-focused learning agenda that supports business transformation, employee growth, and leadership capability. The role will oversee a centralised L&D team and partner closely with business units to build fit-for-purpose learning solutions that address both enterprise-wide and function-specific needs.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

A core focus of the role will be to develop scalable learning frameworks across a wide range of employee segments – from corporate professionals to large-scale, operational workforces. The successful candidate will also lead digital learning transformation, refresh the enterprise learning ecosystem, and embed career development pathways into the organisation’s people strategy. The role will contribute to broader priorities in employee engagement, cultural alignment, and organisational development through learning interventions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate will bring at least 15-20 years of experience in large, complex organisations, with proven expertise in enterprise-level learning design, delivery, and transformation. Experience working across a broad workforce – spanning operational and knowledge-based teams – is essential. A strong track record in digital learning platforms, curriculum development, stakeholder engagement, and driving large-scale behavioural change through learning is key. Experience in organisational development, talent management, or cultural transformation will be advantageous.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-impact L&D transformation at group level, within a respected global organisation undergoing exciting growth and evolution.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The role is based in Singapore and reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
