Working across People, Technology, Product, Engineering and business functions, you&#8217;ll design and deliver learning and capability solutions that drive measurable adoption of AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">This is a highly visible role requiring someone who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on with design, delivery and stakeholder engagement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">To be successful, you must have previous experience operating as a Capability Lead or similar on a large-scale technology transformation programme within a global, matrix organisation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\"> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Essential Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Previous experience operating as a Capability Lead, Learning Lead, Capability Consultant or similar on a major technology transformation programme.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Experience working within a large-scale, global matrix organisation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Strong background in Learning &amp;
