It&#8217;s an exciting opportunity to partner closely with senior stakeholders and help frame this model as the business continues to grow.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">You&#8217;ll be reporting to the CHRO and have a ton of exposure and ownership. This role is high-impact and hands-on, with ownership across the full employee life cycle including:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Performance cycles<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Succession planning<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Leadership development<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Employee relations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Talent development<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Stakeholder management <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">It&#8217;s ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strong decision-making and attention to detail, and is deeply curious about the business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Key requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">12-18 years&#8216; experience, with a minimum of 10 years&#8216; HRBP experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Must have exposure supporting investment professionals as an HRBP.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Experience working within a fast paced financial services environment required. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree required. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Demonstrable experience leading and developing a team of HRBPs.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">If this opportunity aligns with your experience, please apply, referencing ID#\/JN -032026-291487.
