A leading consumer business is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead the people agenda for its Food business across Hong Kong and Macau.<\/p>\n

This is far more than a traditional HR leadership role. The business is looking for a commercial HR leader who can influence business performance, challenge conventional ways of working, and help create a more agile, productive, and efficient organisation. Partnering closely with the Managing Director and leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the future operating model of the business.<\/p>\n

The Opportunity<\/h2>\n

As a member of the leadership team, you will help drive strategic priorities across organisational design, workforce planning, leadership capability, and culture. A key focus will be identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve productivity, optimise workforce deployment, and build stronger organisational capability across a large frontline workforce.<\/p>\n

You will lead a sizeable HR team and work closely with regional centres of excellence to deliver initiatives across talent, rewards, learning, and transformation.<\/p>\n
