You&#8217;ll also play a key role in shaping policies, supporting organisational change, and embedding best-practice people solutions.<\/p>\n<h3>We&#8217;re looking for:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant Employee Relations experience managing complex and high-risk cases.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of UK employment law.<\/li>\n<li>Experience operating within a regulated environment.<\/li>\n<li>A pragmatic, commercial approach to problem-solving.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills.<\/li>\n<li>CIPD qualified (or working towards).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience within Financial Services, Investment Management, Asset Management, Banking, Professional Services, or other highly regulated sectors would be highly advantageous.<\/p>\n<h3>Why Apply?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Newly created role within a transforming organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to shape and influence a modern People function.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to senior stakeholders and business-critical initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid working and flexibility.<\/li>\n<li>Long-term opportunity to broaden into wider Business Partnering responsibilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Important<\/h3>\n<p>Our client is looking to move quickly and will only consider candidates who are available immediately or on a short notice period (up to 4 weeks).
