You&#8217;ll play a key role in supporting managers, developing processes, and driving continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Leading and developing a small People team, ensuring excellent service delivery<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Providing expert guidance and support to managers on employee-related matters<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Overseeing recruitment activity, from workforce planning through to onboarding<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Managing employee relations matters and supporting complex casework<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Driving improvements across people processes, systems, and policies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Supporting talent development, performance management, and succession planning initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Assisting with organisational change projects and workforce planning activities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Supporting compensation, benefits, and benchmarking exercises<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal governance requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Producing and analysing people data to support decision-making and identify trends<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">We&#8217;re looking for an experienced HR professional who combines strong operational knowledge with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">You&#8217;ll ideally bring:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Previous experience in a People Operations or HR Manager role<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent practical experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Experience managing employee relations matters from start to finish<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">A track record of improving processes and enhancing service delivery<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Experience leading, coaching, or developing team members<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">The confidence to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong
