Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected global financial services organisation to appoint an HR Operations & People Analytics Associate.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing HR team within a fast-paced international business. Reporting into senior HR leadership, you will play a key role in delivering efficient HR operations, maintaining data integrity across HR systems and providing meaningful people insights that support business decision-making.<\/span><\/p>\n

Operating in a collaborative and analytical environment, this role offers significant exposure across the employee lifecycle and the opportunity to work closely with HR, Reward, Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders globally. The successful individual will enjoy combining operational excellence with data analysis and will be comfortable managing multiple priorities within a dynamic environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

About the role<\/span><\/h2>\n

The successful individual will support the delivery of HR operations whilst providing reporting and analytics that help drive strategic people initiatives across the business.<\/span><\/p>\n

Key responsibilities include:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> <\/span>Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, changes and departures, ensuring data accuracy and compliance throughout.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> <\/span>Maintaining and auditing employee records across HR systems to ensure the highest levels of data integrity.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> <\/span>Producing regular HR metrics, dashboards and management information reports for HR and business stakeholders.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> <\/span>Analysing workforce data to provide insight into key people trends, including headcount, attrition, diversity and employee movements.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> <\/span>Supporting regulatory, governance and compliance reporting requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> <\/span>Assisting with the administration and optimisation of HR systems and processes.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> <\/span>Partnering with HR colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased operational efficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> <\/span>Supporting compensation, benefits and annual people processes through accurate reporting and data management.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> <\/span>Responding to employee and stakeholder queries, providing a high-quality internal service.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> <\/span>Contributing to HR projects and wider people initiatives as required.<\/span><\/p>\n

About you<\/span><\/h2>\n

We are seeking an organised and analytical HR professional who enjoys working with data, systems and processes whilst building strong relationships across a business.<\/span><\/p>\n

You will bring previous experience within HR Operations, HR Systems, People Analytics or HR Shared Services and be comfortable handling data within a complex and fast-moving environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

You will ideally offer:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> <\/span>Previous experience within HR Operations, HR Administration, HRIS, People Analytics or a similar HR function.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> <\/span>Strong reporting and analytical skills, with advanced Excel capabilities.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> <\/span>Experience working with HR systems and maintaining employee data.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> <\/span>The ability to interpret data and present meaningful insights to stakeholders.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> <\/span>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and governance.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> <\/span>Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> <\/span>A proactive and solutions-focused approach to continuous improvement.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> <\/span>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span> <\/span>Experience within financial services or another professional services environment would be advantageous.<\/span><\/p>\n
