People Reporting Analyst (FTC).<\/p>\n<p>This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing People Insights team within a fast-paced, international business. Reporting to the Head of People Insights, you will play a key role in helping the organisation make smarter, evidence-based people decisions through high-quality reporting, analytics and workforce insight.<\/p>\n<p>Working at the intersection of people, data and technology, the role offers exposure to a broad range of strategic people initiatives, including recruitment, talent management, organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning and compensation. You will partner closely with HR stakeholders and business leaders to turn complex people data into clear, meaningful insights that support better decision-making and business performance.<\/p>\n<p>More than simply producing reports, this role will see you act as a trusted insight partner to the business. You will help shape reporting requirements, challenge assumptions and ensure data is being used to answer the right questions.
