These teams are going through a significant period of change, including organisational restructures, evolving performance expectations, the rollout of a new compensation framework and an increasing volume of employee relations activity. This role will play a key part in helping managers navigate change while ensuring a consistent, compliant and positive employee experience. It&#8217;s an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a visible impact within a growing organisation while supporting key business areas through an important period of transformation, with the potential of moving into a permanent role. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<h2>About the role<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">This is a hands-on senior HR position with a strong employee relations focus. Acting as an operational People Business Partner, you&#8217;ll support managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, providing practical advice, managing complex casework and helping deliver key people initiatives. You&#8217;ll be trusted to make recommendations, drive outcomes and partner closely with stakeholders across the wider People function. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3>Key responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Own complex employee relations casework from start to finish, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence, flexible working and reasonable adjustment cases. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Ensure all cases are managed in line with internal policy, employment legislation and the ACAS Code, maintaining clear and accurate documentation throughout. <\/span><a style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\" href=\"https:\/\/thesrgroup-my.sharepoint.com\/personal\/abbieriley_thesrgroup_com\/_layouts\/15\/Doc.aspx?sourcedoc={5071296E-6293-4E4F-B9D0-C46CB8CCAC7A}&amp;file=Senior_People_Advisor_UKI_Social_Care_RLDatix_JD.docx&amp;action=default&amp;mobileredirect=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">[<\/a><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Provide practical coaching and guidance to managers on performance, conduct, absence management and employee relations matters. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Support managers through organisational change programmes, including restructures, consultation processes, redundancies and TUPE activity where relevant. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Act as a key contact for managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit and offboarding. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Partner with People Operations, Payroll and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure employee data, documentation and employment changes are processed accurately and efficiently. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Support annual people processes, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, talent reviews and employee engagement initiatives. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Analyse workforce data and trends, providing insights and recommendations to support business decision-making. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Identify opportunities to improve people processes, policies and service delivery based on employee feedback and casework trends. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Build strong relationships with leaders, managers and specialist HR teams to deliver effective people solutions across the business. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>About you<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">We&#8217;re looking for a confident and commercially minded HR professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing environment. You&#8217;ll be someone who has strong employee relations expertise, excellent judgement and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
