You&#8217;ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the organisation has the talent, leadership capability and succession strength needed to achieve its future ambitions. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">As Head of Talent &amp; Careers, you&#8217;ll lead the evolution of the organisation&#8217;s talent, careers and succession approach, helping colleagues take ownership of their development while creating the frameworks, pathways and talent pipelines that support long-term business success. You&#8217;ll be equally comfortable operating strategically with executive stakeholders and delivering practical initiatives that improve career outcomes across the business. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.5pt\">What you&#8217;ll be doing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">You will:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Lead and evolve the enterprise talent, careers and succession strategy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Develop career pathways, role architecture and skills frameworks that support growth and internal mobility.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Champion a strong internal-first approach to talent deployment and career progression.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Drive succession planning and strengthen leadership pipelines across key business areas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Deliver engaging career initiatives, campaigns and colleague development programmes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Partner with business and people leaders to identify talent risks and create targeted solutions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Provide senior leadership with meaningful talent insights to support workforce and succession decisions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Support organisational transformation by assessing talent, capability and career implications of change. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.5pt\">What we&#8217;re looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">We&#8217;re interested in speaking with experienced talent development and organisational development professionals who have successfully led enterprise-wide careers, talent or succession programmes within large, complex organisations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">You&#8217;ll bring:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Significant experience in talent management, career development and succession planning.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">A track record of designing and implementing career frameworks, talent pathways or skills-based approaches.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Strong consulting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business priorities into practical people solutions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Experience using data and insight to drive talent decisions and identify organisational risks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and execution.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">A collaborative approach and the credibility to work across diverse teams and functions. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.5pt\">Why apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact on how careers are experienced across a global organisation.
