Working within an established HR and Business Partnering team, this role partners senior leadership in a strategic capacity and working alongside a COE and Shared Services. Supporting two front office client groups you will play a key part in ensuring the right balance between the business and HR team, understanding business drivers and challenges and alignment to the People strategy. This will include manager capability, talent management &amp; development, organisational design, performance and any related change and transformation, and in addition to any firm wide projects and programmes.<\/span> The role is also responsible for managing a team of HR Advisors.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">You will be an experienced HR Business Partner within Financial or Professional Services (accountancy, legal or similar partnership led environment) experience.
