This visible role will focus on operational excellence, strong controls and a seamless employee experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Collaborating with the People Operations team, managing priorities, performance and service delivery across all geographies.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Drive improvements across HR processes, systems and the employee experience.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Own Oracle HR administration, data integrity, system enhancements and management reporting.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX controls, audit requirements and wider People governance.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Manage outsourced providers, SLAs, KPIs, budgets and business continuity activity.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Lead benefits, renewals, benchmarking, vendor relationships and flexible benefits enrolment.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Oversee end-to-end payroll across multiple territories.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About you<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for an experienced HR Operations and Benefits professional who combines strong operational expertise with a proactive, continuous improvement mindset. You will be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a complex, regulated environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You will ideally bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Significant People Operations, HR Operations, Shared Services or People Services experience.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Experience leading HR teams, including offshore or outsourced delivery models.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Strong benefits administration, renewals, governance and vendor management expertise.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>HRIS experience, ideally Oracle HR or a comparable enterprise platform.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Ideally exposure overseeing payroll across multiple jurisdictions.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Knowledge of GDPR, SOX controls, audit and risk requirements.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Strong analytical, reporting and process improvement skills.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;font-size: 10pt\">\u00b7<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 7pt\">      <\/span>Excellent stakeholder management, organisation and communication skills.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity to join a business investing in its people infrastructure and employee experience.
