This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Director to join a growing International organisation at a pivotal stage of its journey and to lead the people strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Reporting to the CEO, you&#8217;ll manage an HR team based in the UK and Globally and be responsible for shaping and delivering the people strategy, partnering with senior leaders to build organisational capability, develop leadership talent, drive engagement, and create a culture that supports ambitious growth. As such you will:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Lead the overall people and culture strategy<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Partner with executives on organisational design and workforce planning<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Drive leadership development, succession planning and talent management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Shape internal communications capability<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Lead change and transformation initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Drive talent acquisition for growth<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Shape reward, performance and employee experience programmes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Develop a high-performing HR function across multiple global locations<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Ideally you will have broad generalist HR experience at Director level and have led and managed a Global\/International HR team. Experience of working within a consumer based, high growth\/scalable and PE\/Investment backed organisation is desirable.
