Working closely with the Head of Total Reward, you&#8217;ll support both day-to-day reward activity and key transformation projects, including the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The environment is dynamic and evolving, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, adaptability and continuous improvement. The role offers an excellent balance of analytical depth, project exposure and stakeholder engagement, alongside the opportunity to develop broader European Reward experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Reporting into the Head of Total Reward, you will play a key role in delivering data-driven insights, supporting core reward processes and contributing to the ongoing development of reward practices across the region. A key part of the remit will be translating complex reward data into clear, actionable insight, helping stakeholders understand pay positioning, market trends and reward decisions.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Key responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Analysing compensation and benefits data and providing clear insight to support decision-making<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conducting job evaluation, salary benchmarking and market analysis<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Building and maintaining advanced Excel models, dashboards and reports<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supporting salary and bonus review cycles, including modelling and data preparation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Managing benchmarking activity with external providers such as WTW<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitoring market trends and providing recommendations to stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supporting the EU Pay Transparency Directive and wider reward transformation projects<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Providing guidance around international transfers, assignments and remote working requests<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintaining reward data within SuccessFactors<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Partnering with HR, Finance and external providers across Europe<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You will bring previous experience within Reward, Compensation &amp; Benefits or Total Reward, ideally gained within a multi-country or European environment. You&#8217;ll combine strong technical and analytical capability with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across a complex business.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><strong>Experience and capabilities will include:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Previous Reward, Compensation &amp; Benefits or Total Reward experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong compensation benchmarking and job evaluation expertise<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Advanced Excel and data modelling skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with market data providers such as WTW, Mercer or Korn Ferry<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience supporting annual salary and\/or bonus review cycles<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with SuccessFactors<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to translate complex data into clear, practical insight for non-specialist stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Exposure to European reward practices would be highly desirable<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is an excellent opportunity to join a business at an important point in its transformation journey, where Reward is playing a key role in supporting change across its European operations.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The role is offering a salary of <strong>\u00a368,000-\u00a370,000<\/strong> on a <strong>12-month fixed-term contract<\/strong>, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
