They&#8217;re looking for an HR Generalist \/ HR Operations professional to join their New York team in a broad, high-impact role spanning HR operations, immigration, recruitment and wider people initiatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">This is a lean HR team where everyone wears multiple hats. They&#8217;re looking for someone bright, commercially minded and high EQ who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships and getting involved across different areas of HR.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">As the HR Generalist \/ HR Operations Manager you will be responsible for:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Owning core HR operations and employee lifecycle activity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Managing immigration, partnering closely with external counsel and employees throughout visa processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Leading US Associate recruitment, including search partner management, interview processes, candidate experience, events and offer negotiations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Supporting with HR data analytics and reporting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Leading key people projects, potentially including the eventual transition away from the current PEO model.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Bringing strong data and AI fluency to the team, using both to make HR processes smarter and more efficient.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Gradually taking on more HRBP exposure, partnering with employees and leaders across the business.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">It&#8217;s a great opportunity for someone who wants breadth, visibility and the chance to have real ownership within a sophisticated but refreshingly non-traditional environment. The culture is commercial, collaborative and down to earth, and the role will offer exposure to senior leaders across the organization.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Key requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">3-6 years&#8216; HR Generalist and\/or HR Operations experience, ideally within financial services, private equity or alternative investments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Hands-on experience managing US immigration processes is essential.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">High EQ with strong judgement, communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment and taking ownership across a broad range of responsibilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Strong attention to detail and confidence working with HR data and Excel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Commercial, proactive and genuinely interested in broadening their HR skillset, including exposure to business partnering.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">An interest in AI and how it can be used effectively within HR.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">If this opportunity aligns with your experience, please apply, referencing ID#\/JN -102026-296409.
