You will work closely with the wider Reward team, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to support consistent and well-informed compensation decisions.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Key responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Conduct job pricing for new hires and internal promotions across multiple countries.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Use salary survey data, particularly McLagan and WTW, to benchmark roles and develop market-informed compensation recommendations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Review job matches, career levels, salary ranges and internal pay alignment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to understand role scope and identify appropriate market benchmarks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Support gender pay gap reporting and EU pay transparency initiatives, including data preparation, validation and analysis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Maintain global compensation data, salary ranges, survey benchmarks and job matching information.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Support annual and off-cycle compensation reviews, including merit and incentive processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Complete salary survey submissions and maintain accurate market pricing data.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Build and maintain analytical models using Excel, Power BI and other analytical tools.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Use automation and AI-enabled tools to improve compensation analysis, reporting and data validation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Provide additional compensation analysis to support mobility, retention and other pay-related decisions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Experience Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">We are looking for an experienced Reward or Compensation Analyst with:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Strong hands-on experience in job pricing and market benchmarking.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Good working knowledge and practical experience of <\/span><strong style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">McLagan and\/or WTW salary surveys<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Experience of job matching, salary benchmarking, career-level analysis and pay range analysis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Previous experience within Reward, Compensation, People Analytics or another highly analytical HR environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large and complex datasets.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Experience with Power BI or similar analytical and reporting tools would be advantageous.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Working knowledge of merit and incentive processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Strong attention to detail and confidence working with sensitive compensation and workforce data.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain compensation analysis clearly to HR and business stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Financial services experience would be beneficial.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">If you are an experienced Reward professional with strong job pricing and benchmarking experience and are interested in finding out more about this opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
