For example, Hong Kong has been affected to some extent by evolving China-US relations, while Singapore and Southeast Asia have increasingly strengthened their positions as regional hubs for financial services recruitment and executive search, reshaping both market dynamics and the available talent pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Demand for senior HR leadership remains robust, particularly for C\u2011suite roles such as Chief People Officer (CPO) and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at both global and regional levels. CHRO succession planning continues to be a key board and CEO priority. Centres of Excellence (COEs) are also experiencing heightened activity as multinational companies accelerate outsourcing, offshoring and automation initiatives, reflecting the expanding scope and complexity of HR today beyond the business as usual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cost pressures remain a central theme across the Asia region. Many multinational corporations are actively relocating HR functions from higher\u2011cost locations such as Singapore and Hong Kong to Malaysia, the Philippines and India.
