Singapore continues to grow, though rising costs across regional headquarters have shifted some operations\u2011focused roles to lower\u2011cost markets such as Malaysia, the Philippines and India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Middle East continues to attract international talent, though nationalisation policies and economic pressures are reshaping compensation and hiring strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Globally, salary increases are expected to remain modest at approximately 3.5\u20134.5% across major hubs. Employers in the US and EU are proactively addressing pay equity through compensation audits driven by regulatory <a href=\"https:\/\/www.frazerjones.com\/tag\/pay-transparency\/\">pay transparency directives<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With voluntary turnover expected to remain low, organisations may take a more cautious approach to merit increases.
