Frazer Jones were engaged with Universal Music Group on their search for an L&D Coordinator to join their team based in London. This role sits within the L&D team, working closely with key stakeholders across the business and is responsible for all coordination of training across the business. Being a dynamic and creative brand, the perfect candidate will be someone with excellent attention to detail while being commercially minded and always looking for new and improved ways of working.
A passion for people development and a keen interest in music is essential. Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills were needed for this role. Based on this we conducted a comprehensive search consisting of current connections and direct sourcing across the media industry, as well as other commercial and innovative industries to achieve a diverse range of candidates.
Frazer Jones worked with Universal Music Group to appoint a new addition to their team, who will assist in the planning, coordination and facilitation of their L&D offering. This individual has strong knowledge of generalist HR and is now progressing her career within the more specialised function within L&D, where she can apply her theoretical knowledge and grow her practical experience.
