I am based in our New York office and I lead our North American business, managing a team of respected Talent Acquisition professionals across multiple locations that support our clients with HR hires across the US and Canada. I personally deliver our senior retained searches for clients across all industries who are looking to appoint their HR Leaders, Centre of Expertise Heads and their senior teams. I have worked in executive search and senior contingent recruitment for over 10 years having focused purely on HR for 8 years. Joining the firm in 2010 I helped build our continental European business, delivering searches for clients in locations such as Amsterdam, Zurich, Paris and Munich. Serving numerous American owned organizations in Europe I relocated to New York in 2016 to expand our support across the North American region. My clients range from start-ups appointing their first People Leader to large Fortune 500’s in search of HR, Talent, Recruitment, L&D, HRIS, Reward, ER and OD professionals.
My strategic research based approach to searches combined with my own and the firms deep network in the HR community means my clients work with a partner that acts as an extension of their brand. We can deliver results quickly and nimbly, as well as providing a service to candidates that gives them real insight into their potential future employer.
