I am a Senior Recruiter within our Commerce & Industry sector, supporting clients in the New York City Tri-State market as well as across the US. My key focus is on mid- to senior-level Human Resources search which includes HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation, HR Information Systems, Learning and Development, HR Analytics, Employee Relations and Diversity and Inclusion. I deliver both retained and contingency search for clients across industries such as manufacturing, technology, media, retail, professional services, etc.
I worked at Maximum Management from 2003 to 2008 and then took a break to raise my 2 amazing boys. Upon re-entering the workforce, there was no question that I would return to my Frazer Jones/Maximum Management family which I did in 2018. I pride myself on quality of service and building long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates and have picked right back up from where I left off in 2008. My ability to understand each client’s needs and serve as a strategic partner has allowed me great success at the firm. My candidates find me to be high energy and really connect with them while truly listening to their needs and providing honest and nurturing advice.
I graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA where I received a BA in Psychology as well as a BS in Marketing. Outside of work, you will find me spending quality time with my boys (most likely playing every sport), at the gym or planning my next Spartan race (I love the OCR world!).
