Sitting in our New York City office, I successfully place human resources professionals in the US across all disciplines including business partner/generalist, staffing, rewards, compensation, benefits, HR systems/HRIS, talent, learning/training and organizational development.  Having been with the organization since 1999, I’ve built extremely productive relationships with clients and job seekers/candidates alike.  My previous decade of additional experience as a generalist from the retail/fashion industry with a focus on talent and employee relations allows for a greater level of understanding and service. 

I’ve prided myself on the ability to find stellar talent for our clients in line with candidate career aspirations as demonstrated through over 650+ placements to date.  The large majority of matches I have made have led to incredible long-term relationships both in the role placed in addition to future promotional opportunities.   I spent the first decade of my career working in HR Management/Staffing/Employee Relations within the fast paced retail/fashion industry working for notable brands such as Macy’s (where I sat in NYC’s premier Herald Square location aka “The World’s Largest Department Store”), Nine West Group (during a massive company-wide expansion & subsequent IPO), Kenneth Cole (working closely with C-level executives and beyond) & Starbucks (during a time of incredible growth and company expansion in the Northeast territory I supported).  The work I did in each of these organizations is extremely relatable with the clients/candidates I support and gives me a heightened sense of credibility when providing advice & counsel.  My close to 20 years in HR search speaks for itself!
