Matthew Syed talks Cognitive Diversity: Why It’s Crucial and How to Achieve it

Event date/time: Tue, 22 March 2022 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm GMT
Method: Zoom

Our life experiences shape how we view the world. So, people from similar backgrounds with similar life experiences tend to view the world in the same way.

And if an organisation is full of people who think the same way, there will be collective blindspots. Echo chambers. No challenges to thinking. No innovation. No growth – personal or organisational – for anyone.

Which is why we are delighted to announce that we will be talking to author, journalist, and broadcaster Matthew Syed about cognitive diversity.

Matthew will cover:

Because, according to Matthew, “Harnessing the power of diversity is set to become a key source of competitive advantage, and the surest route to reinvention and growth.”

You will also have the chance to ask Matthew questions at the end of the session.

This webinar is free but spaces are limited, so please register as soon as possible.
