Snjezana Ana Billian is the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusiveness Lead at EY Germany and an advocate for underrepresented talent in the workplace. Being a parent and having lived and worked in different countries, she had the chance to personally experience the challenges that come with working in your non-native language, having a name people can’t pronounce, and juggling work and family life.
Having designed and led numerous talent and recruiting programs, she made it her mission to make the hiring process inclusive and open to candidates with non-linear career paths.
