Senior Consultant – Executive Compensation

Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading a global professional services firm who is looking to appoint an Executive Compensation Consultant (Senior Consultant level) to join their growing client facing and high performing Southeast Asia Executive Comp Consulting team.

This individual will contribute to the development and continuous expansion of the Executive Compensation practice and portfolio working closely with the leadership team. This company is known for its capability implementing tailored executive compensation strategies and programs for clients across various industries.

In the role of the Executive Compensation Senior Consultant, you will partner with a number of clients to lead and support, depending upon level of experience, key board advisory and exec comp projects.

More specifically, you will act as a trusted adviser and first point of contact to boards and senior management, where appropriate, helping them to make informed decisions on how to attract and retain top leadership talent. Projects include areas such as; rewards strategy, exec comp advisory, designing incentive plans, stock options, share plans, carried interest, co-invest, corp governance, pay for performance, policies etc.

Internally, you will also drive thought leadership on executive compensation and board advisory topics, partnering with your regional peers. A key aspect of this role is also playing a pivotal part in enhancing the technical and consulting expertise of the team members through mentorship, guidance, and support.

This individual will be an accomplished Senior Consultant of Executive Compensation and / or rewards professional, ideally with former consulting experience (desirable). A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in executive compensation/Reward is essential. Applicants should have exceptional project management capabilities, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, the candidate should have outstanding communication and presentation skills, coupled with the capacity to forge robust relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline is preferred.
